Question 1

What is TownParade?

Accepted Answer

TownParade is parade management software built for small towns, city clerks, and volunteer committees. It replaces spreadsheets, paper forms, and email chains with one tool for parade entries, lineup order, sponsors, volunteers, invoices, and route planning.

Question 2

How much does parade management software cost?

Accepted Answer

TownParade costs $49 for a single parade, with volume pricing down to $32 per parade when you buy 10. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. You buy parade slots and use them whenever you need them. Every plan starts with a free trial that runs 14 days, and no credit card is required.

Question 3

Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The 14-day free trial includes full access with no payment information required. After the trial, you can purchase parade slots to continue.

Question 4

Can my parade committee share access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The organization owner can invite unlimited editors who can help manage entries, lineup, volunteers, and sponsors. Only the owner manages billing and team access.

Question 5

What kinds of parades does TownParade support?

Accepted Answer

Any community parade — 4th of July parades, Christmas and holiday parades, homecoming parades, festival parades, and civic celebrations. If your town lines up floats, bands, and vehicles on Main Street, TownParade fits.
